Chris Power, Owner

Chris takes pride in saying he truly is a family first kind of guy, and when talking to him, you’ll soon see his love and enthusiasm for his wife, Lauren, and his son, Gus. And they’re a huge reason he started this business, to take back his time and energy to redirect it where it matters most, while providing a premium service to the community.

He earned his BS in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida in 2011. While there, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and worked with athletes of all levels. He then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in 2015.

Chris is a cancer survivor, avid outdoor enthusiast, lifelong horseman, beach bum, Disney fanatic, and a Land Rover driving instructor. He uses a laid back yet professional approach, and enjoys really connecting with his clients- something that is so often lost in today’s traditional healthcare system.

He spent the first 10 years of his PT career working in Asheville, NC, really learning a more holistic way of healing, and now is back home in Saint Augustine, FL to keep that process going.
