Concierge Physical Therapy
The new way of physical therapy is here. We offer self pay services to allow for the best treatment for what ails you. No middle men. No one telling us how we can and can’t treat, just what’s best for you. Using exercise as our guide, we learn how you move and what needs a little help, to guide you through the healing process - not fixing you, but giving your body the right environment and tools to do it’s best work.
No, we don’t take insurance, but we can provide a “super bill” so you can claim your out of network benefits based on your insurance plan.
Gone are the days of fearing your own body because someone told you our bodies are fragile or shouldn’t move a certain way. We’re all unique, with different anatomy, lifestyles, and goals. We aim to empower people to learn their bodies and how their nervous system affects pain and how we perceive the world.

Curating exercise programming to fit your specific situation. We use what fits your needs the best, providing one-on-one personal training, online programming, or even just a quick “form check” to answer any questions you may have.
From equestrian fitness, staying mobile for the perfect pop up on the surfboard, increasing your power and mobility for the golf swing that just feels so smooth, and everywhere in between, we’re here to help!

OsteoBlast Bone Program
This is our newest offering, focusing on strength training for people with compromised bone health including osteopenia and osteoporosis treatment and prevention. Inspired by the research of the LIFTMOR Trials which showed the safety and efficacy of high intensity strength training for bone health. We’ve developed a program to build back bone strength utilizing essential strength training fundamentals that’s also a fun and engaging community.
You do NOT need to have a formal diagnosis to participate. Sessions and classes are recommended twice per week for the best results.
Also remember- an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure -so if you know you have a genetic predisposition or family history, there’s no better time to start than now. Laying down new bone tissue in your 20s-40s (and muscle too!) sets you up to kicking ass in your later years.
Ramp Up
$100/session
We start with one-on-one training to teach you the movements and lifts that have been shown to improve bone health the most effectively. We realize everyone has a different history of activity, and no previous exercise history is required. The ramp up period is determined by how long it takes you to feel comfortable with the movements, and once you feel ready and we decide together - we transition you to the group class. No matter how long or short it takes, when you’re ready, you’re ready. Typically this can be 1-2 months, but there’s no limits either way.
The Class
$250/month
Once you’ve completed the ramp up period, you can transition to the class setting. We focus on small groups (up to 5 people) to ensure safety, as well as to continue to give you the most individualized attention we can while allowing you to connect with others, building a community, providing accountability, and helping with your long term success.
The Program
$50/month
After you’ve experienced the ramp up and the class, some people want to branch out on their own, and we love that too. We can offer you the programming we use for the class each month to perform on your own, wherever you are.
